They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services directly to you. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps them to protect your data. Squarespace uses third party payment processors to assist it in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third party processors’ use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policy. We will ask you for such information expressly. Most of the activities on the site do not require you to submit any personal information.

  • Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including information about your browser, network, and device; web pages you visited prior to coming to this website; web pages you view, click, internal links, searches, timestamps while on this website; your IP address. Squarespace needs the data to run this website and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the data in a depersonalized form.     When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. When necessary, we share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.     Unless expressly communicated prior to collecting your information, we never sell or share your information with other third party entities.

  • When you use our products and services, we may also use your information:

    • In order to maintain and improve our products and services by making sure they are working well. For example, knowing which pages of our website frequently result in calls from confused customers helps us know where we need to improve our site design.

In the event of a business transfer, unless we are otherwise required by law to retain or provide your information to the other entity, you may request that your information be deleted from our records.

There is always some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way around our security systems. In the event of a security breach, the first thing we would do is notify you.   • Noxsano does not knowingly sell products to, solicit, collect or retain personal information about children under the age of 18 without parental consent.
